My car is under warranty - can you service it?

Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002 give you the freedom to have your car serviced outside the main dealer network without invalidating the new car warranty. This is provided that the vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and using original quality parts; something we have always done at Highams.

Why go to Highams?

There are many reasons for using our services: We have been trading for over 50 years and offer outstanding levels of customer care and service. Should a problem ever arise, it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. 

Are you cheap?

Our labour rates are cheaper than all main dealers, in some cases half the price and whilst we aim to be competitive, we strive to do a good job, not a cheap job!

What assurances do I have?

As a Motor Industry Code of Practice certified Service and Repair Centre and a Unipart Car Care Centre you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.

Why not go to a 'fast fit centre' they do servicing and MOTs?

Generally fast fit centres employ fitters not technicians. Yes they are cheap, but so often customers come to us when their car fails an MOT at a fast fit centre, and they do not have the skill to repair the car. In addition they rarely service to manufacturer's schedules which will invalidate the vehicle warranty.
